Cancellation Policy

All RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE. For cancellations, please provide AT LEAST a 24 hour notice. Clients who cancel less that 24 hours are put on 2 strike policy. After 2x of cancelling less than 24 hours, you will be required to pay a nonrefundable / nontransferable retainer of 50% of your service. Any appointment that is 10 minutes late will be subjected a $10 late fee. Any appointment that is 15 minutes late or more is subject to cancellation at MUA discretion.
